This questionnaire was filled out by a Planet Games employee. The findings are quite interesting: the gender of customers is equal and teen, I thought it would be more male orientated. The RPG is the most popular genre of game that they sell. I also found out that Planet Games do not advertise on TV due to their being quite a small company, so they can't afford to create videos/adverts. They mainly advertise on facebook as below.
