Graphic novels and comics

Graphic novels are a collection of comic issues that tend to be a story that is more visual than a book that tell a story using pictures rather than word.

a magazine is based on a specific subject or genre such as Dr Who magazine or X-Box magazine

Comics are either aimed at the young audience or individual issues of a series. The younger audience for comics tend to include puzzles, games, fun facts, and a comic strip. Where as the other form of comic can be a story arc that expands over several issues.

Marvel: Civil War

I like the format of each page, it is box format with no diagonal frame boxes. This gives it more structure, less complex and less cluttered structure. I like the artwork, it's realistic enough to represent the believable aspects but it can be too realistic, which would take away the comic aspects of the graphic novel. I like how it represent how comics have evolved over the yeas, the style is very different to the 60's comics which were more cartoonish. This is much more modern. I dislike that this graphic novel doesn't have the whole story. There are several different spinoffs that revolve around this core story.

I think this quote is good because it is a pivotal moment in the story and it's a powerful and interesting quote.
Here is an example
